The Nyack Teacher Center is part of a growing network of teacher centers across New York State that give teachers a voice in their own professional development. The NTC provides opportunities for teachers to share their expertise, upgrade their skills, and develop local support systems that enable them to increase their effectiveness in the classroom.

Nyack Teacher Center services are developed in response to the expressed needs of district staff members, but preschool providers, parents, students, teachers from other private and public schools, and other community members can also avail themselves of Center services.
